DHARMA RAKSHA FOUNDATION is a non-profit charitable and non-governmental organization, officially registered under The Indian Trusts Act of 1882, with registration number 665/2023 dated 23rd December 2023. The foundation was established by Anumula Navveenn Kummar, an IT professional and Senior Software Engineer based in Hyderabad, along with a group of dedicated professionals from various fields. They came together with a shared vision of working on a people-centric model of development aimed at empowering the poor and marginalized communities in key areas such as public health, education, women empowerment, and community development. Their mission focuses on fostering social and financial inclusion and supporting a variety of socio-economic, cultural, educational, health, and relief activities. At DHARMA RAKSHA FOUNDATION, we strongly believe that socio-economic development is the cornerstone of poverty alleviation and human progress, especially for the poor, marginalized, and vulnerable sections of society. Our efforts are directed towards capacity development through education, information, and organizational support to ensure better access to rights and entitlements. We work tirelessly to mobilize and organize community groups, with a particular focus on Dalits and Adivasis, empowering them to have a voice in societal development. Our aim is to raise awareness on important issues concerning women’s rights, environmental education for slum dwellers and the rural poor, and to undertake various socio-economic, educational, cultural, health, and environmental projects. Additionally, we engage in relief activities that provide essential support to those in need, furthering our mission of uplifting the most vulnerable.
